I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Liz Hitchins who is the Chair of the local charity Dementia Friendly Parishes Around the Yealm at the Yealmpton Show.
We discussed the fantastic support they offer to people living with dementia and their families in our community. Thanks to groups like this, individuals and their families can access support that helps them stay active, connected, and engaged in everyday life.
