This morning, I cut the ribbon on the new Charles Church Show Home at Saltram Meadow!
The Avenue is the latest phase of new homes being delivered at Saltram Meadow in Plymstock. I enjoyed my look round the Cornwall show home.
This bank holiday weekend there is an open day style event with refreshments, goodie bags and your chance to view these latest homes between 11 and 5pm. If you get down before 5pm today there is a big roast too!
It was also good to catch up more generally with the Charles Church and Persimmon team and to see the apartment block that will soon face the Market Square complete and occupied. With a development of private renters apartments, a care facility, supermarket and play facilities on their way in the coming months too, things are moving at pace at this development which I’ve watched grow since being I was first elected to serve residents in Plymstock in 2018.
