The family farm tax will deal the greatest blow in Devon.
Last Tuesday, I delivered a speech in Parliament explaining why this assault on farmers will be so damaging to rural communities in South West Devon and across the county.
I spoke about the importance of family farms for passing down knowledge of the land, protecting our rural landscape and the unique challenges of farming in Devon. I have also asked for clarity on the future of farming on Dartmoor.
