Really great to attend an event drop-in on the future of cash and banking services in Parliament recently
I know how important access to these services is for many people across South West Devon, particularly as we have seen local bank branches close in recent years. It was really useful to hear about current efforts to maintain access to cash and everyday banking services and to discuss how these services can continue to meet local needs in the future. Face-to-face banking remains especially important for many people, providing personal support and advice with transactions. That’s why it is so important that access to these services continues to be protected.
