Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of meeting Oscar from Hele's School.
Oscar got in touch with me a few weeks ago to share his thoughts about how the Peacock Meadow skate park could really use some improvements for local skaters.
We spoke about the small size of the park, the poor ramps, lack of rails and he also suggested some exciting ideas to make the park more inviting for young families!
Oscar is a brilliant champion for his local area, and I will be doing all I can to see that this park gives skaters a better place to enjoy their sport!
