A warm welcome from Ivybridge Parkinson’s Group!
It was lovely to meet Helen, Kate from Parkinson's UK and members of the local Parkinson’s group at Ivybridge Baptist Church recently.
The group meets every Friday from 10.15am until 11.45am and offers friendship and support to people living with Parkinson’s, as well as their families and carers.
It was good to hear more about the group, the difference it makes locally and some of the practical challenges members face which I will be taking up with the organisations responsible.
