Really pleased to open the new clinical rooms at Beacon Medical Group’s Highlands Health Centre in Ivybridge today!
This is a great step forward for local primary healthcare in Ivybridge, supported by funding from the government’s Utilisation and Modernisation Programme. More space means more appointments and better access for patients, as well as a more comfortable setting for both staff and the community.
It was lovely to meet the team and see the difference this will make. Huge thanks to everyone involved, including Jen, Steve, Madeleine, Andrew, Lisa, who lives in Oreston and I’ve known for years, and Gareth, who managed the project - a real team effort!
