Rebecca raises Truro Crown Court closer with Minister

Truro Crown Court has been forced to shut one day a week due to recent budget cuts and the judicial sitting day reductions. Some cases have shockingly been postponed until late 2025, prompting victims to consider withdrawing their cases.

I asked the Justice Minister what additional steps are being taken to support victims to continue with their cases.
