Improving care for people with neurological conditions
It was good to join Novartis' Neurology Day of Action in Parliament before recess and hear more about some of the challenges facing people living with MS and other neurological conditions.
It was also a nice South West Devon connection too! I bumped into Jeremy, who lives in Ivybridge and works for University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust so it was lovely to meet him.
With more than 150,000 people living with MS across the UK, we spoke about the pressures facing neurology services and what more can be done to make sure people get the right care and support when they need it.
