Last week I wrote again to the Managing Director of Stagecoach South West to question the closure of the busy X1 service, request hard copies of U16 tickets and ask why 16 to 18-year-olds are being charged more for the same service.
I am disappointed with the response to my letter which failed to address the serious concerns I raised. Sir Geoffrey Cox and I have secured an in-person meeting with the Managing Director on Monday. I will make sure to keep everyone updated on any outcomes from this.
