Supporting the Summer Reading Challenge at Plympton and Plymstock libraries

Pleased to be able to support the Summer Reading Challenge with my councillor grant. Together with councillor colleagues, more than £2,300 was donated to help fund reading packs, rewards, certificates and medals!

This year’s challenge, titled ‘Story Garden’, has plans for 3,500 children to participate in nature-themed events at libraries across Plymouth. The ultimate aim is for children to pick up a book during the summer holidays and discover the joy of reading!
